Movie: From Mountain to Sea

A little movie of my journey talking to people about their Covid experience in Aberdeenshire was made in collaboration with the wonderful cinematographer Helen Leigh. Have a look.

Thinking of how a Covid Memorial could look like - there is clearly not one unifying voice or idea in such a large county as Aberdeenshire. But what many people felt, is that they had learned to appreciate their own locality and environment. The outdoors and local facilities they feel can play a great role in celebrating and commemorating this unusual time in our lives, giving people the opportunity to be a tourist in their own place.
