Joyfully inspiring Change

An afternoon in Forres with the good folks of Findhorn Bay Arts, where they run a year-round programme of arts and cultural activities, as well as the flagship biennial Findhorn Bay Festival.

After scrolling down the high street from the train station in a bit sad weather, we cosied down in their back shop office with some lunch and lemon drizzle cake. Our conversations were filled with ideas and considerations placed somewhere between ‘dig where your stand’ and ‘spread your Moray wings’. Is it better to concentrate on your own place or should we owe opportunities to others in less frequented neighbouring places? That is the question.

Thanks to Kresanna Aigner and team, for inspiration on things surrounding art in the rural and periphery, rounded up by a chat around the pros and cons of having a base style shop.

Joyfully inspiring Change - is the devise we concluded with.
