Rural Travel Residency

My rucksack is packed and thanks to a Go and See Project I am travelling across Scotland to look at rural arts projects. The 16 Principles that form the Transformational Fieldwork toolkit form the basis of my enquiry around Scotland. Having done research on my own work with Deveron Projects, I am now curious how others work in the rural fields.

I started my journey with going to Ullapool to visit An Talla Solais.

Spending the afternoon walking and talking with their Director Mhairi Muncaster.

Then coffee in the ever so lovely Ceildih Hotel, where the art work is also curated by Mhairi.
